If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items. Changes must be made within 7 days after receipt of the items.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Send a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, we will email you a prepared return shipping label. Items must be received within 14 days of request. All subsequent shipping charges related to the same order will be applied and at your expense. We accept items in their original condition, that is, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with labels attached. Please allow at least 15 business days from the time your order is mailed for your change to be processed. We will notify you by email once your change has been processed
